The Brewster Theater Company is thrilled to announce their summer musical, The Drowsy Chaperone. A multiple Tony Award winner, The Drowsy Chaperone is a rousing send-up of Jazz-age musicals. You’re invited into the living room of a shy but enthusiastic theater fan for a special presentation of his favorite record, a little known 1928 musical which comes to life onstage as the record plays. Join a famous bride-to-be, a rollerskating groom, a tap-dancing best man, a Valentino wanna-be, gangsters in disguise, and a boozy aging diva for a wedding you’ll never forget!
